The Faculty of Fine and Performing Arts is led by the Faculty Board, which in turn reports to the Board of Lund University. Besides the Faculty Board, the Faculty Committee has responsibility for research matters and research studies. Reporting to the Faculty Board are the Academic Appointments Board, which processes appointments to senior academic positions, the Gender Equality and Equal Opportunities Committee, and the Health, Safety and Environment Committee.

In addition, there is a Faculty Office with a dean, pro-dean, head of the faculty office and administrative staff. The Art Academy, Academy of Music and Theatre Academy are each led by a department board and a head of department.
The academies also have other boards and committees.
